Request for Intelaq licence
Documents required
For this request, you'll need the following documents:
- Your Emirates ID
- A copy of your house map, house ownership documents, or lease contract.
- A no objection letter from your Landlord or Lessor
Fees
For issuing and renewing your licence every year, a fee of AED 1,050 will be charged. Please note this does not include fees and guarantees for federal government agencies and some other entities.
You can pay via direct debit at Dubai Islamic Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, or Emirates Islamic. To make your payment with cash or cheque, please visit Aafaq Islamic Finance, Commercial Bank of Dubai, or Emirates Islamic.

You can apply online via the portal on Invest in Dubai, or visit any of the available service centres. The service will be completed within 5 minutes.
